Covid-19: third wave of outbreak?

On Thursday's Backchat: more on what's being described as a third wave of the coronavirus outbreak in the territory.

More than two dozen locally transmitted infections have been reported over the past two days, after several weeks when it seemed the situation was largely under control.

A number of those cases are linked to an elderly care home in Tsz Wan Shan, as well as two restaurants. Quarantine measures have been strengthened, and a return to tighter containment requirements is now being spoken of.

What has caused the new wave of confirmed cases? Relaxed social distancing? Have people become less vigilant?
